菠菜炒肉丸
热锅冷油,等油热了,下切好的蒜,下小菠菜炒软,加少量绍兴米醋,少许酱油。将小菠菜盛盘,摆成一圈:)
烧热油,加葱姜爆香,下切好的肉丸,炒熟,加少许老干妈炒香,下到菠菜中间,好了。呵呵,喜欢!
